Warranty Administrator required in Southampton, Hampshire
Marine Industry - Leisure Motor Yachts
Monday-Friday working hours (7.30am-4.30pm), full-time, permanent

We are looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our Client's Motor Yacht Aftercare team in Southampton, responsible for processing all warranty requirements in an efficient and courteous manner to achieve a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Checking hours and expenses to ensure the cost is valid on all warranty claims;
Ensure that all claims have a site audit, breakdown of costs and clear description of parts failure, the cause and what is being done to rectify the fault;
Raise a work-sheet for each sub-contractor boat, keep this fully up-to-date and accurate;
Chase claims on a weekly or daily basis, depending upon urgency;
Keep sub-dealers fully updated on the stage of their warranty claim;
Arrange shipping of parts to sub-dealers including all customs documents where required;
Follow up on AXA claims regularly until paid / rejected;
Load daily timesheets for warranty technicians;
Record lieu time and idle time;
Manage dissatisfied customers in a professional manner, bringing complaints to the attention of the Warranty Manager;
Work closely with the Service Administrator, assisting in their absence with general administration including assisting with travel arrangements;
Effectively deal with relevant administration for other locations within the Group.

Experience required:

Warranty Administration experience within a similar role - Marine Industry / Leisure Yachting experience would be highly beneficial, but we'd also be interested to hear from those with Warranty Admin experience from the Motor Industry.
Strong IT skills - Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) and DMS / CRM systems;
Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload;
Excellent work ethic including good timekeeping.
